The new Schleich wolf is designed in a different posture, fur texture and color.
Wolves can live in the wild and live up to eight years. They live together in packs consisting of a pair of parents and their offspring several ages. The pack size is normally 8-12 animals, but can be much larger. In the pack there is a clear hierarchy among both males and females. The parents (alpha animals) are the highest ranking animals and only they are allowed to reproduce. Therefore, the male offspring soon leave their pack and often establish their own new one near the parental pack.
